TL:DR - items at warehouse, if charged shipping for digital pledge reach out, expired credit cards and be updated on Backerkit so shipping can be collected
Hey everyone,
I was talking with our fulfilment partners yesterday who have confirmed that everything has arrived at the warehouse. We are currently going through the process of getting everything ready to ship! There have been some issues related to the shipping charges - if you only ordered a digital copy and were charged please reach out so that I can correct the error. There is also a number of backers whose cards were unable to be charged. If you encountered this, you can update the details in Backerkit. I should have another update for everyone shortly.

TL:DR - Freight arrived at port, Backerkit locking midnight Saturday
Hey everyone,
I got news that the freight ship has made it to the States and everything should be heading to the warehouse within 7-10 days. I will be locking all of the orders next Saturday night (midnight EST). Backerkit will be sending out an email with the shipping charges. If there have been any changes to your address you will be able to update the information through Backerkit as well.

TL:DR - Freight arriving soon, shipping to take place in Oct, shipping cost updated soon
Hey everyone,
Our product was made ready for freight and shipped off on Sept 7th, so it should be arriving to the warehouse in the United States pretty soon (typically freight takes around a month). That means that we should start delivering orders in October!
There are still some details I am working out with the shipping company and will have another update once I have more information. The update will includes when everything arrives at the warehouse, and when shipping charges are added to accounts. You should still be able to make changes to your address before the Backerkit locks. I'll make sure to have a reminder before the lock date.

TL:DR - Items soon out for freight to warehouse, shipping charges added soon
Hey everyone,
This is a shorter update. I've been working with our manufacturer and distributor to sort out freight, customs testing, and shipping rates. The items should be boarding a freight, which will be sent to the warehouse in the states, shortly. There will also be another update letting backers know once the shipping charges have been added to their Backerkit accounts, and the deadline before the Backerkit locks.
