Hey everyone,
I wanted to provide an update regarding the status of items going out for shipping. About 60% of the rewards should now be out for delivery and the remaining items should be going out shortly.
Once items are dispatched, backers should receive an email letting them know that their reward is on the way from Printer Ink Games. Below is an example of what the email should look like. If you do not see an email by the end of the month, please check your spam or junk folders.
There are still some incomplete surveys, and I have reached out to backers through kickstarter about their current status. Unfortunately if the outstanding orders are not completed by the end of the month those pledges will be considered donations. The product is scheduled to leave the warehouse facility at the end of the month, if you require any assistance with the order please reach out.

Hey everyone,
Many of you have noticed that the status of your order is Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse. I was hoping that the items would already be in transit to you. After reaching out to our fulfillment partners I was informed that items should start going out in the next couple of days. I am waiting to get more clarification on a specific date when they will go out. Once this has happened I will provide another update. The rewards should then follow the estimated transit timelines provided in the previous update.
I want to personally apologize to everyone for this delay, and hope to have good news for you soon.

Hey everyone,
By now all the physical pledge backers should have received an email from Printer Ink Games with the status of their order. I've provided some additional detail below. Also there are a few backers who have not yet completed the shipping or survey step for the project; please do so as soon as possible to ensure that you will be able to receive your reward. If you have any questions feel free to send me a direct message through Kickstarter.
Here is a picture of what the tracking email should look like.
In the details it will list the number of Promo Packs and Card Decks. There are just the terms used for the warehouse to be able to bundle packages correctly. The Promo Pack are the GM Tools, while the Card Desk are the 110 cards in the book shaped box. Here is a picture of each.
As of today there are still some outstanding orders that were unable to be processed due to payment issues. I have reached out to these backers by sending a message through Kickstarter. Unfortunately if not updated by Nov. 17th there may be a delay, and/or additional charge to get the rewards to you. After fulfillment ends, by the end of the month, and when the product will no longer being housed at the warehouse, these pledges will be considered as donations. If you need any assistance please respond back to the Kickstarter message or through Backerkit.

Shipping starts this week! Below is an estimate breakdown of how long it will take. There are still a few backers who have not completed their survey or payments; please do so as soon as possible because once the shipping window closes there will be a delay in getting you your items and it may result in additional shipping costs. I will be sending a direct message to those backers to make sure that they don't miss out.
Canada: 9-12 working days
US: 5-10 working days
International: 10-20 working days
